Greenfield School's Child Protection Policy (CS BVTE) is developed in compliance with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and applies to all students, except in cases where students engage in infringing activities. (The school will handle and coordinate with the authorities according to regulations).

Child care policy reflects issues related to child health, safety and care, including but not limited to child protection against abuse, neglect, abuse, security issues, and safety of the institution. school facilities, sanitation and emergency response procedures.

Establish and maintain an educational environment where students feel safe and secure, where they are encouraged to express their views and be heard; Ensure that students are aware that there are adults in the School ready to listen whenever they have difficulty or feel worried about something; Always include in academic and extracurricular activities to raise awareness about school safety, abuse, harassment and bullying, and how to deal with and report these issues; Always include in curriculum materials to raise awareness and attitudes of students and staff about child protection Ensure every possible effort is made to establish an effective relationship between the School and the home.

School Disseminate the Policy to staff, students and PH; have strict procedures for reporting and handling; Maintain confidentiality of information: all child protection records must be kept and updated by the Department of Child Care and Prevention. Limit access to these records at the direction of the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the UBBVTE. Child protection records are not kept together with other general records of students. Principal: All procedures in this Policy are consistent with national legal frameworks and international best practices; Review the policy annually to review its effectiveness. Committee for the Protection of Children Include at least 05 members or more (depending on the characteristics of each school); The Committee has a Chairman (HT or Deputy HT), Child Protection Specialist (Head of HSCT) and Medical Staff, along with other members appointed by decision of HT; Work with CTHS to investigate and resolve each report of abuse; Ensure child protection policy is effectively communicated and applied throughout the school. Specialist in charge of child protection – School level – is the Head of the Department of Child Protection Closely coordinate with the Children's Committee in the implementation of child protection policy; Raise awareness about the role of Child Protection Specialist for PH, students and adults; Appropriately handle disclosures and concerns regarding the physical and mental health of children; Maintain confidential records of reported and resolved cases. Teaching staff Having awareness of child protection policy and its responsibilities; Get trained in identifying and preventing abuse in schools; Report any suspected abuse to the CTHS department. Non-teaching staff Having awareness of child protection policy and its responsibilities; Report any suspicion of abuse to the CTHS department; Ensure safety in the environment, including but not limited to instructions and regulations for equipment and emergencies. Coordinator in charge of child protection – System level Work with the School to ensure appropriate training on child protection for all adults working with children at the school; Ensure that all employees, including the Child Protection Specialist, must always comply with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, especially respecting confidentiality.

Step 1 – Gather Information The CTHS Department receives information about the case. UBBVTE organizes information verification. Next will conduct the operations securely and record this information. 1. Interview relevant employees; 2. Surveys from other hospital staff to review the child's history at school; 3. If the case is confirmed, complete the report with the Action Plan, then send it to the School Board for approval (go to Step 2); 4. If the case is not authenticated, save the case in the student's child protection file and update the information for the original reporter; 5. Report the case details to the Child Protection Coordinator – System level. Step 3 – Follow up Continue to monitor reports of child abuse or neglect Children's Committee and teachers will maintain contact with students and families to provide support and guidance when necessary; Children's Committee and teachers will maintain contact with external therapists (if any) to update students' progress at school.
