She is a teacher with many years as a Principal and has experienced leadership for more than 30 years in the Education industry. She has been a member of Education Accreditation for many years, Inspector of the Education Department of Nam Tu Liem District. She devoted herself to the quality education of thousands of students at Greenfield School with all faith, dedication, integrity and perseverance.

She holds a Master's degree in Education Management and has over 30 years of experience in the Education industry. She pays special attention to ensuring the academic quality of her subjects while meeting the needs of each student. With many years of dedication in the Education industry, she was awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Minister of Education and Training, Vietnam Education Union for individuals with outstanding achievements in leadership and management of the University.

He used to be the Head of the Language Department at the prestigious International School in Hanoi. As the lead architect behind Greenfield School's Student Programs, he supports students on their way to preparing for long-term college plans as well as Career activities.
